HOW WE OPERATE: AN OVERVIEW
As part of our mission statement, Executive Care will provide all encompassing solutions which deliver the highest quality service and establish a system of “housekeeping” in the premises and preservation of property assets in optimum condition.
PERSONNEL
We will provide you with two (2) to eight (8) staff Monday to Sunday. In addition, specialty services not outlined in this proposal will be accomplished by trained and supervised members of our staff on either evening or weekend hours.
WORK SCHEDULE
Routine schedule will be completed daily, seven (7) days per week. We will accomodate your preferences as to the exact schedule start time for each employee so as not to inconvience your work staff, visitors and patients.
SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT
We believe that in order for your facility to promote a professional image, it is very important to store, maintain and utilize a variety of maintenance and restoration techniques.
In addition, we will provide and use a full complement of environmentally responsible cleaning chemicals especially the use of CAVI-CIDE surface disinfectant including neutral floor cleaner, restorer, degreaser, window cleaner, disinfectant, furniture polish, non-acid bowl cleaner, deodorizer and the like. MSDS sheets will be readily available on site.
INSURANCE
EXECUTIVE CARE INC. is fully insured and bonded. Our employees are covered with WSIB. We will provide you with proof of coverage and name your entity as “additional insured”.
PERFORMANCE AUDITS
The owner of EXECUTIVE CARE INC. and/or our supervisor will make regular, unannounced inspections of your place of business to ensure that our services meets, if not exceeds the highest standards.
COMMUNICATIONS
We will provide you with a communication logbook so you can write down all your concerns and/or any additional job. Furthermore, we’ll encourage your feedback to gain insight as to how we can better fill your needs.
CANCELLATION
Either party may cancel this service within thirty (30) days written notice.
